Fellow Alchemists,

As more products are being built and different teams are handling various functions within the Alchemist, it is easy to end up with information silos. However, as a community-driven incubator, transparency is essential. To counter this, we have begun running bi-weekly community calls and are opening up voting for community members to join the Alchemist council.

This drive for transparency also includes providing information surrounding the projects that apply through the Alchemist incubator.

Some prominent examples of successfully incubated projects include what many would consider as the core Alchemist products. Copper, Crucible, and MistX. In December alone, there was almost $400m traded on Copper Launch, and in the first month of this year, Copper has distributed around $217,000 back to $MIST Rewards subscribers. MistX has just released V2 and Crucible has added several more rewards programs in the last few weeks.

Some other recent projects built and launched within Alchemist include: Sandwiched.wtf, which was great for building awareness for MEV and other Alchemist products, as well as the Book of Alchemy and Ethertulips NFT launches which yielded 50 ETH and $100,000 respectively to the $MIST rewards program.

Over the last couple of months, the Alchemist core team has continued fielding inquiries and assisting founders in creating proposals for incubation within our ecosystem. Many of these proposers have asked for their proposals to initially remain anonymous so that they can build and launch with the most impact and without concern over people front-running their ideas.

As such, we won’t disclose the specifics of each individual application, but we can give an overview of some of the current and past projects in the pipeline recently. Of course, any project that receives funding will be visible to the community!

We are currently working on a plan to bring more visibility to our incubation program and also encourage community members with business/corporate development or VC experience to reach out and discuss helping out or taking a leading role in the incubation team!
